Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

  • Orders may be delayed in cases such as low stock, payment issues, or address verification failures. We will contact you via email if additional information is required.

  • During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be longer due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

  • We do not ship to:

    • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).

    • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

  • If your shipping address is outside our delivery area, you will be notified during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped with free standard shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may be extended due to severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • We do not currently offer expedited or paid premium shipping options.

5. Customs & Duties

  • All orders are shipped domestically within the United States. No customs duties or import taxes are expected.

  • In rare cases where additional costs arise, the customer will be responsible for covering such fees.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You may track your package on the carrier’s official website or through the “My Orders” section of our website.

  • If your tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact our support team.

7. Address & Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, zip code, phone number, and email are entered correctly.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery or return to sender.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

8. Delivery Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please first check with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

  • If unresolved, contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • In cases of lost or damaged shipments caused by the carrier, we will either issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
